I offer a small number of sliding scale spots based on current capacity. Choose the tier that reflects what you can sustainably pay right now.

Standard Rate: $225/mo. If this rate is accessible to you, choosing it helps support the sustainability of my work and helps ensure that others have access.

Sliding Scale Tier 1: $175/mo. For those with limited disposable income.

Sliding Scale Tier 2: $150/mo. For those navigating financial constraints.

Sliding scale spots are limited and offered in good faith.

If you’re only looking for a program to follow, this is not the choice for you.

My Work Hard, Work Smart coaching system evolves with you every training cycle based on real feedback, not guesswork. Every three months, we check in on goals, recovery, progress, and life stuff. Then, I adjust your plan accordingly. Sometimes that means changing things up, sometimes it means refining what you’re already doing.

Work out from home, commercial gym, or open gym hour at your local box.

Six months or more of strength training or general fitness experience is needed for this plan. If you’re just starting out, contact me about custom introductory programs!

Recommended equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bands, pull-up bar or set of rings, bench or box. Squat rack, barbell, and bumper plates are a MUST for Olympic Lifters.

Every 3 month training cycle gets you:

  • Assessment. (One time) A 30-minute Zoom call or self-guided assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and key areas for improvement.

  • Strength & Endurance. Workouts delivered straight to your phone. Choose Olympic Lifting, Functional Fitness, Bodyweight, and more.

  • Clarity. Daily workout notes with tips, goals, rest times, demo videos, and modifications so you can make the most of each session.

  • Balance. Mobility, prehab, and de-loads included in each program to maximize results and minimize risk of injury and burnout.

  • Weekly Coaching. Personalized movement coaching from me. Learn how to cue yourself for longterm technical improvement.

  • On-Demand Classes. Short and long duration mobility and fitness classes to choose from for when you don’t want to work alone.

  • Recipe Library. Hand-picked and high-protein for meals and smoothies, with separate vegan and vegetarian options available.

  • Private Community. A space for tips, videos, exclusive freebies, and support from fellow athletes and me.

  • Sustainability. Programs are designed for results that last. No gimmicks, no extremes.

    Plans are billed up front for 3mo of coaching, and do not automatically renew. I’ll reach out about two weeks prior to your plan expiring to see if you’d like to continue.
