If you’re looking for a workout template or a meal plan, my coaching is not the best choice for you.

I focus on a personalized approach so each athlete gets the guidance and challenge they need to see progress.

I offer a small number of sliding scale spots based on current capacity. Choose the tier that reflects what you can sustainably pay now.

If the Standard Rate is accessible to you, choosing it helps support the sustainability of my work and helps ensure that others have access to my services.

Sliding scale spots are offered in good faith, no questions asked.

  • Standard Rate: $225/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 1: $175/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 2: $150/mo.

    Every 3 month training cycle gets you:

    • Assessment: A comprehensive 40-min Zoom call to screen movement, mobility, equipment, and identify key areas for growth.

    • Purposeful training: The right workouts for your goals and workout space, delivered straight to your phone.

    • Clarity: Workout notes with tips, goals, rest times, and modifications to make the most of each session.

    • Balance: Mobility, pre-hab, and de-loads are built in to maximize results without burning you out.

    • Weekly Coaching: Personalized movement coaching from me. Learn how to cue yourself for longterm technical improvement.

    • Private Community: Connect with like-minded folks without the instacoaching for support and community.

  • Standard Rate: $175/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 1: $150/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 2: $125/mo.

    Every 3 month cycle gets you:

    • Framework: Introducing my Work Hard, Work Smart system. A clear, comprehensive, individualized approach to nutrition that dials up and down with your life.

    • Personalized Plan: Using my WHWS system, we’ll build an actionable nutrition plan based on your needs, preferences and lifestyle.

    • Daily Nudges: A habit is only a habit for as long as you do it. Practice personalized daily actions that make eating well automatic.

    • Monthly Video Call: Accountability and compassion. We’ll go over what went well, what you’d like to change, and how to do it.

    • Weekly Mini Check-Ins: Get weekly feedback and encouragement between video calls.

    • Recipe Library: Hand-picked and high-protein recipes for meals, smoothies, and more. Includes separate vegan and vegetarian categories.

    • Private Community: Connect with like-minded folks, without the MLM pitches and misinformation.

  • Standard Rate: $350/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 1: $305/mo.

    Sliding Scale Tier 2: $275/mo.

    Everything included in the Fitness and Nutrition Coaching packages above, plus:

    • More Accountability: Two video calls per month to discuss fitness, nutrition, or both.

    • Live Fitness Classes: Invite to join my small-group online fitness classes every Wednesday at 5:30PM Pacific Time.

    • Live Mobility Classes: Invite to join my small-group online mobility classes every Friday at 5:30PM Pacific Time.

  • 12 Session Package: $780.

    Everything you’d get in a personal training session, from the comfort of your home.

    These sessions can be used in a variety of ways, like:

    • Movement Screening: Together we’ll take a look at where you need to focus most technically and with mobility.

    • Warm up, work out, and cool down with me. Get feedback in real time for the most efficient corrections.

    • Guided Kinesiology Taping: Bring your own roll, and I’ll show you how to tape for injuries, overuse, competitions, and more.

    • Meet Prep: Got a competition coming up? We’ll create an in-depth road map to make it as smooth and fun as possible.

  • Single session package: $40.

    These are typically reserved as follow-ups for established clients.

    Like the 50-min sessions, these shorter sessions can be used in a number of ways, like:

    • Movement Screen: Follow up on how things are progressing and make sure you’re being challenged appropriately.

    • Form Checks: Got a lift or movement that’s been bothering you? Take it to the next level in your own mini-seminar with me.

    • Guided Kinesiology Taping: Bring your own roll and I’ll show you how to tape for smaller areas, or for lifestyle support through things like pregnancy.

    • Nutrition Consult: For established fitness clients who need a boost with their nutrition. Get a basic audit of your current habits, and next steps.

  • Coach-led hour-long classes from the convenience of your home! Classes are at 5:30pm Pacific Time and capped at 8 participants.

    These classes use a variety of movements and equipment commonly seen in functional fitness. To decide whether these classes are the right choice for you, please reach out for a free consultation.

    Wednesdays only: $100/mo

    Fridays only: $100/mo

    Wednesday & Fridays: $200/mo

    • Wednesdays: Fitness focus
