Change takes time and consistency. For this reason, sessions in this plan are set for a minimum of twice weekly for the first 4 weeks. After the eighth session, we can revisit frequency of sessions as needed. This plan is $780.00 up front and does not automatically renew. Upon two remaining sessions, I’ll reach out to ask if you’d like to continue.
